Service Description

Private yoga lessons are beneficial for beginners to set roots toward a practice. Or the experienced Yogi seeking more one-on-one instruction for a more in-depth experience. Before going into a class setting, or to address any health issues, answer questions about your current practice and for those who want to rise their existing practice to the next level. Private instruction is available for Yoga, Restorative and Meditation. Private/Semi-Private lesson 1-5 students
